No video with QuickTime .mov playbackGot this for my daughter a one of weeks ago. Big problem is that when we record in .mov file format, it plays back on the camera, but not when we try it on a computer. We've tried it on both a Mac and a PC. Same feeling on both -- we hear the audio but cannot see any video. I've tried various particular settings with no luck. We have no problem when we record in .wmv file format and jolly along a fool around it back on a PC with Win Media Player, but my daughter uses a Mac, which makes this thing musical worthless. And I can't find a web site for the company to look for support. I guess I'll be sending it back.
