Sony DCR-SR82?

I am thinking of buying a Sony DCR-SR82 1MP 60GB Hard Disk Drive Handycam Camcorder with 25x Optical Zoom but i Would like to know how long is the battery life?
According to page 12 of the operating guide for the DCR-SR82 (which you can download for free from the Sony support website - http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-documents.pl?mdl=DCRSR82 ):
about 45 to 50 minutes under typical conditions using the included NP-FH40 battery - you can separately purchase a higher capacity battery such as the NP-FH100 (http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665070093&tab=Compatibility ) which would give you about 3 to 4 times the recording time.
