Customer Reviews
Its ok, precisely okThe icon is not bad on this recorder but it failed. the zoom mechanism made a "crunch" sound and now I can't zoom in or out and take my finder off the lever. As soona s i take my dominate off it snaps back to zero zoom. So, its a hassle to try to hold the zoom lender in a particular position.
I wouldn't buy it again. There are just too many out there that are better and cheaper now.
Justified fast shipping...thanks
Ardour the HD camcorder it was my 1st HD and I'm glad I want with it... Took it with me to Vages last summer and ardour the HD so real life looking.. The shipping was fast an safe, I was not to reliable with spending that kind of money on amazon but I got it and love it. Thanks
Owned this camera for 2 years hundreds of hours of HD video!
This Camera only has one harm that I've found in the 2 years of shooting with it and that is in very loud concert environments (near loudspeakers) the vibration shuts down the steadfastly drive for secounds at a time. Other then that the camera is great. Manual hub takes getting used to and sucks compared to traditional lens embrace. For the price this camera is unmatched. I purchased the canon dm-50 microphone 2 aftermarket batteries a micro sd likely (to store still photos)and also canon's wide angle lens. I use Corel software to touch up blue-pencil, upload videos to you tube, and make DVDs. Would I buy this camera again? In a tenderness beat very very dependable and no tape hassles!
Stock item
A bit cumbersome, in a fair condition, some scratches since it is refurbished. But it definitely works.

I recollect the hg 10 is a great camcorder for anyone who is interested. I bought this for shooting videos with my friends and it works renowned for that. If you want a proffesional camera I suggest you buy something else, but if you want a good importance camera you can dork around with, than this is for you. The only three things I found wrong with it were that the editing software that comes with it is unconditionally terrible. It was so bad I was forced to pay another forty dollars to buy a editing software that accually works. Another dilemma is that the picture quality for some odd reason, sucks at night or in any dark areas. If you are growing to be using your camecorder in lowlight situations, than I suggest you buy another one because the hg10 doesnt even have a nightime milieu, the only thing close to that is a light you can turn on and off, but the light only really works within 8 feet. The last outgoing I had with the hg10 is that the sound quality on the mic really sucks, espesialy in windy status which cause the mic to only pick up loud fumbling sounds. If you are going to be using the hg 10 fa, at distances greater than 10 ft or for recording music than I suggest you get an perceptible mic, but If you are just taping indoors at close distances, I dont evaluate you will need one. I bought the canon dm 50 and It works really great for the situation I use it in. So far I am mildly pleased with the hg10 and It has been working pretty good for me so far.
